Booking & Payments

How do I book a tour?
You can book directly on our website (best price) or call/text 435‑210‑1426 for personal help.

Do I need a deposit?
No deposit is required.

When is payment collected?
Payment is collected at checkout when you book your tour.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Major credit/debit cards. If you need another method, contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Pricing is per person. Drivers and riders pay the same rate.

Cancellation & Changes

What’s your cancellation policy?
Plans change—we get it. You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your tour for a full refund. Within 24 hours of your start time, bookings are non‑refundable.

What if I’m running late?
Please arrive 15–20 minutes early. Late arrivals may shorten your tour or be treated as a same‑day cancellation.

What happens if the weather looks bad?
We operate in most conditions. If we determine weather or trail conditions are unsafe, we’ll reschedule or issue a full refund—your choice.

Tour Details

How long are the tours?
We offer several options (typically 2–4 hours). The exact duration is shown on each tour page when you book.

Do I need previous off‑road experience?
Nope! Our tours are beginner‑friendly. Your guide will coach you on safe, confident driving.

Can I drive the UTV myself?
Yes—drivers must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license. If you’d rather ride, you’re welcome to be a passenger.

How many people are in a group?
We keep groups small for a more personal experience. Private tours are available on request.

Are private or custom tours available?
Absolutely. Call/text 435‑210‑1426 and we’ll tailor an experience to your group’s schedule and interests.

Safety & Requirements

Is there an age requirement?
Jeep and Beast tours have no age requirement, UTV tours are for ages 3 and up, and Buggy tours are for ages 7 and up.

Any health restrictions?
Off‑road travel can be bumpy. If you’re pregnant or have back/neck/serious medical conditions, please consult your doctor and contact us before booking.

Can we drink alcohol on the tour?
No. For everyone’s safety, alcohol and drugs are not permitted before or during the tour.

What to Bring

What should I wear and bring?
Closed‑toe shoes, sun protection (hat, sunglasses, sunscreen), and layered clothing for changing desert temps.

Do you provide water or snacks?
Water is provided by your guide; feel free to ask. You can also bring your own bottle if you prefer.

Weather & Seasons

When is the best time to go?
Moab is great year‑round. Spring and fall are mild; summers are hot (we recommend morning/late‑afternoon tours); winters are crisp and beautiful.

Do tours run in the heat/cold?
Yes. We adapt routes and pacing to conditions and recommend appropriate clothing for the season.

Kids, Pets & Accessibility

Can I bring my child’s car seat?
If your child uses a car seat, please bring it. Let us know in advance so we can confirm compatibility with the vehicle.

Are pets allowed?
For safety and comfort, pets are not permitted on vehicles. Reach out to discuss service‑animal accommodations.

Getting Here

Where do we meet?
Your confirmation email includes the exact meeting location and directions. Please arrive 15–20 minutes early to gear up and go over safety.

Is there parking?
Yes we have parking at our location.

Third‑Party & Gift Bookings

Can I book through Viator or other sites?
Yes, but booking directly with us is usually the easiest and most flexible. Third‑party vouchers are subject to their terms and may limit changes.

Do you sell gift cards?

Photos, Tips & Extras

Will the guide take photos?
Your guide is happy to help capture photos at scenic spots—just ask!

Should we tip our guide?
Gratuities are appreciated (industry standard is 15–20% for great service) but always optional.
